Pursuant to Central Douglas Fire & Rescue, Douglas County Fire District No. 2, and Winston Dillard Fire District (collectively, Districts) Public Contracting Rule (Districts Rule) E-17, governing personal service procurements, Districts will receive sealed proposals until no later than 3:00 p.m. on May 29, 2025, with opening at 4:00 p.m., at Central Douglas Fire & Rescue Headquarters, 250 SE Main Street, Winston, Oregon to provide:

Municipal Audit Services, beginning for Fiscal Year 2024/2025, and continuing for a term of up to five years.

No proposals will be received or considered after this time.

Sealed proposals clearly marked “Audit Services RFP” shall be sent to Rob Bullock, Fire Chief, at the above address. No prequalification for Proposers is required.
