PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE REGARDING THE SALE OF REAL PROPERTY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Central Douglas Fire & Rescue Authority will hold a public hearing regarding the proposed sale of surplus real property located at 9589 Old Highway 99 South, Winston, Oregon. The hearing will be held at the Winston Fire Station, located at 250 SE Main St., Winston, Or. 97496 at 5:30 p.m., on the 16th day of February 2026. The Authority proposes to sell this real property to Garner Mechanical Services LLC for $50,000. The Authority Board considers it necessary and convenient to sell the real property, as it is not needed by the Authority and
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Pursuant to Central Douglas Fire & Rescue, Douglas County Fire District No. 2, and Winston Dillard Fire District (collectively, Districts) Public Contracting Rule (Districts Rule) E-17, governing personal service procurements, Districts will receive sealed proposals until no later than 3:00 p.m. on May 29, 2025, with opening at 4:00 p.m., at Central Douglas Fire & Rescue Headquarters, 250 SE Main Street, Winston, Oregon to provide: Municipal Audit Services, beginning for Fiscal Year 2024/2025, and continuing for a term of up to five years. No proposals will be received or considered after this time. Sealed proposals clearly marked “Audit Services RFP”
